Billing is hourly unless a fixed quote is provided in writing. Waiting time, stairs, long carries, and additional stops may affect total time. Insurance cover applies to our services as per policy wording.

Deposits (if any) are refundable when cancellations are made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move time.

For fixed-price moves, partial refunds may apply if services are reduced prior to commencement. For hourly moves, payment is due for time worked.
